Q- Can I get cheaper shipping, im ordering a lot .
A- The shipping on This site is set up for small orders. paypal will not let us add shipping by weight so we are force to add shipping per item. If you wish to order more than 2 or 3 items . you may email your order to denofangels@hotmail.com for a quote on reduced shipping chares.

Q-can I pick up my order in person.
A- we do not have a store front however if you are going to be near woodruff rd. in Greenville SC we can arrange a pick up.
Also if we are going to be at the same convention orders may be picked up at the convention in person.

Q-I only needed a prop for a costume party can I return it now that its over.
A-No returns, all props are sold for use as costume accessories. And fall under the Halloween rule of returns: due to the nature of costume events All products are sold as is .no returns I’m sorry but I’ve had to many people buy stuff for a con or costume party. Then try to return it after the event. I’ve even had one person damage props on purpose. Just to try and get a refund.

Q-What if my order is damaged in shipping?
A-I cannot control what UPS and USPS do. After they take a package I do offer insurance for $5 for product only shipping charges are never refundable.
