What if my order is damaged in shipping?
I cannot control and will not be reasonable for what UPS and USPS do. After they take a package I do offer insurance for $5 will insure your whole order can be replaced with indicial item(s) no refunds will be given unless an identical item is unviable. Shipping charges are never refundable. To have items replaced You must contact UPS or USPS as soon as you receive your package and inform them that you have received a damaged package.
The reason for no refunds being giving is that all props are sold for use as costume accessories. And fall under the Halloween rule of returns: due to the nature of costume events All products are sold as is .no returns I’m sorry but I’ve had to many people buy stuff for a con or costume party. Then try to return it after the event. I’ve even had one-person damage props on purpose. Just to try and get a refund
